The quick verdict: the cheapest honest way into genuine solid gold, from a small house that says so plainly and stamps every piece to prove it. Plain, small, and entirely unbothered about being noticed β which is precisely why they work every day for years.
Solid, plated, filled β and why the wording matters
This is the single most useful thing I can tell anyone shopping for gold online, so forgive me for being blunt about it.
Solid gold is gold throughout. Fourteen karat means 58.5 per cent pure, alloyed for strength, and stamped 14K by law. It does not wear off because there is nothing to wear off.
